When vehicle paperwork may involve a notary
Vehicle transactions can involve title-related forms, affidavits or other supporting documents. Not every title transfer or vehicle document requires notarization. Requirements depend on the document, the issuing jurisdiction and the agency receiving it. Check the actual instructions before booking a notary.
What this service covers
Ann can notarize an eligible prepared vehicle document that calls for a notarial act. She does not transfer a title, issue registration, verify ownership or determine taxes due. Notary service is separate from the vehicle agency’s processing and does not replace the paperwork or evidence that agency requires.
Avoid common appointment problems
Have the complete document available and identify the person whose signature requires notarization. Bring current photo identification, and wait for signing instructions. If the title or form has conflicting names, blank instructions or an unclear certificate, ask the issuing or receiving agency how to proceed. A notary cannot correct ownership information for you.
Local mobile service
Conyers appointments can be arranged at an agreed home, office or meeting location. Share the type of vehicle paperwork and how many signers will attend. Ann confirms whether the requested notarization is within scope and gives a fee before the visit. You can also use the fee calculator for an initial estimate; farther travel remains individually quoted.
Standard travel & convenience: $45 within 10 driving miles of Conyers City Hall, plus $2 per notarial act. Hospital and nursing home visits add $20. Farther travel is quoted individually. Fees and availability are confirmed before booking.
