Two separate fee components
Mobile notarization combines the notarial fee with the convenience of a visit to your location. Ann’s travel and convenience fee is $45 within 10 driving miles of Conyers City Hall. The notarial fee is $2 per act, commonly described as per stamp. The number of pages is not automatically the number of notarial acts; describe the certificates and signers when requesting a quote.
Hospital and nursing home appointments add $20
For a visit inside a hospital or nursing home, add $20 to the regular travel and convenience fee. One stamp at a hospital or nursing home within 10 driving miles totals $67; two stamps total $69. For more than 10 driving miles, the travel portion is individually quoted and the hospital fee remains separate. The calculator shows the known components and identifies when a complete quote is still needed.
Your appointment checklist
Have the entire prepared document, current government-issued photo identification and all required signers available. Discuss witnesses with the document preparer and Ann before scheduling. Wait for signing instructions. For a facility appointment, confirm access with staff and share parking or entry details. Avoid sending sensitive documents through the request form.
What notarization does and does not do
A notarial act addresses the signature or oath required by the document’s certificate. It does not guarantee the document’s legal effect or the recipient’s acceptance. Ann does not offer wills, I-9 verification, legal advice or document drafting. Use the Georgia Clerks Authority’s official notary information for general background and seek legal advice for questions about your document.

Need a witness?
Any document requiring witnesses can use this service. Ann can provide one or two witnesses for $35 each ($70 for two), in addition to travel, notarial and any hospital or nursing home convenience fees. Confirm the required number and eligibility of witnesses with the document preparer. Request a witness on the quote form so arrangements can be confirmed before your visit.
